Created and held by Ateliers d’Art de France since 2013, Révélations is the not-to-be-missed event for fine crafts and contemporary creation on an international scale. The biennial is truly a forum for economic trade and encounters among collectors, aficionados of exceptional objects, artistic directors, architects, decorators, gallery owners, art dealers, and more.
In particular, the biennial makes it possible to consolidate your clientele, broaden your business network, and consider wide-ranging projects with specialists from every continent.
Révélations will be held from 7 to 11 June 2023, at the Temporary Grand Palais located on Champ de Mars across from the Eiffel Tower, since restoration work is being done on the Grand Palais.
In 2022, 406 material artists from France and all over the world spread over 160 stands engaged in privileged interactions with more than 39,000 visitors.
By taking specific measures, Ateliers d'Art de France and Révélations show their commitment to upholding the fine crafts gatherings that are essential events for the economic activity of creation professionals.
- Each exhibitor may pay in several monthly instalments, with the final payment due just before the event
- Full, immediate reimbursement in case the fair should be cancelled for COVID-related reasons.
For its fifth edition, Révélations will foster the participation of professionals from various regions through partnerships with these jurisdictions. Authorities of the following regions have already confirmed their support for creators who will participate in Révélations: Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Centre-Val de Loire, Occitanie and Grand Est, as well as the Chambre des Métiers d’Art de Paris.
Feel free to enquire with your region for support in participating in this fifth edition!
Taking part in an event in the heart of Paris – at the Temporary Grand Palais across from the Eiffel Tower – is a way to assert the exceptional expertise, excellence and creativity of your workshop, manufacture or brand.
Creators, workshops, manufactures, luxury houses, galleries: encounter the leaders of your market (collectors, architects, designers, decorators, museums, etc.).
Meet new clients, generate new orders, raise awareness among prescribers, expand your business and partnership network, plan projects, and strengthen relations with your usual clientele.
Révélations assembles the most talented, inspiring creators from all over the world, selected by an Artistic Steering Committee constituted of renowned experts from the sphere of creation, who guarantee the high artistic level of the biennial. Through the presentation of unique pieces that are crafted and revealed specially for Révélations, these creators set the trends for the sector on an international scale.
Enjoy a far-reaching communication campaign (display advertising, press relations, publicity, and media partnerships) aimed at a specialised target audience, and appear on the official communication supports of the biennial.
As a fair of reference for the decision-makers and prescribers of the field, Révélations is committed to supporting its exhibitors by guaranteeing a well-targeted visitor base, particularly through the organisation of guided visits for collectors and professionals of the sector.
At the crossroads of multiple creative synergies, participate in debates and discussions about the challenges and changes in the world of fine crafts and contemporary creation through various forums (lectures, film screenings, symposium).
For its fifth edition, Révélations will unveil the creators’ pieces at the Temporary Grand Palais on Champ de Mars across from the Eiffel Tower. This building – asserting an elegant, understated architecture, designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte – will accommodate all the events, fairs and exhibitions of the Grand Palais while the renovation work is being completed.
As in the previous editions of the biennial, the scenography will give pride of place to openness and transparency in an effort to present the exhibitors in a non-hierarchical way within this magnificent setting.
Acclaimed by both visitors and exhibitors, this elegant scenography is designed by Adrien Gardère (creator of museum displays for Louvre-Lens and designer of the Swedish Pavilion for Expo 2020 Dubai, postponed to 2021). It is characterised by its refinement and the way that it opens onto a central walkway that will once again accommodate the international exhibition Le Banquet, assembling contemporary creations from the five continents.
The Artistic Steering Committee ensures an astute selection of exhibitors and guarantees that each piece reveals a high level of expertise as well as a remarkable artistic approach. The committee is constituted of internationally renowned figures in the spheres of contemporary creation, fine crafts, the media, architecture, galleries, and luxury.
This prestigious panel of experts meets three times a year to select among the applicants.
Nearly 70% of exhibitors have already been selected by the jury.
On average, 50 to 60% of the applications submitted are accepted by the Artistic Steering Committee.
